Hermès Material
The matte effect is achieved by gentle hand buffing with felt to enhance the natural texture leaving a completely matte finish with a subtle shine. Matte Croc is not quite as delicate than Shiny; wear marks and slight scratches are less visible although still sensitive to water. Earthier colours look particularly good with a matte finish.
Hermès Colour
Bleu Zellige is a vibrant, jewel-toned blue inspired by the rich blue mosaic tiles (zellige) found in Moroccan architecture. Bold and luminous, not as bright as you might think, this striking colour has great intensity and depth but is surprisingly wearable.

Hermès Palladium hardware is made of solid brass, giving weight and durability, and then plated in precious metal. Palladium belongs to the platinum group of metals and has a brighter and whiter look than silver. More precious than gold, palladium is hard wearing and scratch-resistant.
