The Kelly 28 is a bag which moves from day to evening and comes in either the relaxed Retourne style or the more structured and boxier shaped Sellier. The shiny (Lisse) finish is created by hand-buffing the crocodile skin with agate stone, a process that draws out the leather’s natural oils to produce its signature mirror-like sheen. It achieves a fabulous, almost glassy finish which works extremely well with rich colours. This delicate surface is sensitive to water and prone to fine scratches.
Hardware
Hermès Gold hardware is made of solid brass, giving weight and durability, plated in either 18 carat gold, or for some Special Order bags, 24 carat gold and then hand polished. Choose gold hardware for a warm, luxurious finish to your bag.
