The Shiny Alligator material features a high-gloss finish achieved through traditional buffing techniques, resulting in a mirror-like sheen that enhances the bag's aesthetic. The central scales are rectangular, tapering to smaller, rounder ones at the edges, creating a balanced pattern.

This used to be the smallest Kelly available and is still rather cute! It is proportionally taller than its larger and smaller cousins, which maintains a certain elegance. It works well as a bag for lunching and dining. While it can be worn cross body, it is a little too tall so looks more fabulous grasped between dainty fingers.

The high-gloss finish of Shiny Alligator is achieved by buffing the skin with a stone. This traditional technique compresses the surface scales and produces a natural, mirror-like sheen which can help disguise small imperfections. The central scales are rectangular, gradually tapering to smaller, rounder ones toward the edges, creating a balanced and symmetrical pattern. Alligator is signified by a small square ☐ next to the Hermes name on the bag.
