Hermès Kelly 11cm Morphose Sac Bijou Silver

Designed by Pierre Hardy, Hermès' director of jewellery, this is an exquisite piece of craftmanship, a miniature Kelly made in sterling silver, with a fully functioning front flap.  

The detachable silver chain allows it to be worn as a crossbody bag, as a necklace or even used as a bag charm, or it can be carried daintily in the hand.
