Here at Lilac Blue London, we see so many beautiful Hermès handbags in our showroom it’s always difficult to pinpoint a particular favourite. So rather than pick a particularly beautiful bag that appeals to me today, I have instead chosen the current most popular and sought-after Hermès piece.
The honour goes to the Hermès Kelly 28cm in the new Gris Asphalte grey tone (colour code M8), in the new Evercolour leather.
In a similar neutral colour palette to the ever popular classic etoupe, mixed with the paler Gris Tourterelle dove grey shade, Gris Asphalte is a very versatile mix between brown, grey and taupe.
The new Evercolour leather is most similar to togo in texture but has a slightly smoother finish. This gives it a slightly dressier look than that of the classic togo, so its transition from day to evening accessory is now seamless. It’s fully lined in goatskin, is durable and scratch resistant.
