Black spinel has a long and rich history, historically worn as a protective talisman it can be found in some of the most famous jewellery collections in the world, including the British Crown Jewels. It is hardwearing and reflects light particularly well and in this Sac Bijou it is paired with 18 carat Rose Gold, with the same detailed design features as a leather Kelly bag.
